OAKS Lake Crackenback Resort (“resort”) is a 4.5-star holiday resort located on the Alpine Way on the border of the Kosciuszko National Park (KNP).  The Owner’s Corporation of the Strata Scheme 37248 is responsible to maintain and operate all of the Common Property assets and facilities at the resort.  These Common Property areas include the following: ·       An Indoor Aquatic and Fitness Centre. ·       General grounds, a 9-hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Mountain Bike Tracks, Walking Trails and various other recreational areas. ·       Waste Water Treatment and Drinking Water Facilities and their associated infrastructure. ·       Roads, Street Lighting, Visitor and Guest Parking Areas and its associated infrastructure. ·       General Waste and Recycling Facilities / Areas. ·       Lakes and Water Ways ·       External areas of the Lakeside Waterfront Apartments comprising of Stage 1 and Stage 2.  The General Hand is a Full-Time position that reports to the Facilities Manager (FM).
