High Speed Engineering is a busy CNC Machining Company in Malaga.  We have an enviable reputation for producing high quality engineering components and precision parts for all types of industries from mining to motorsport.   We are seeking a Factory Hand/Cleaner to assist in the ongoing general maintenance and upkeep of our Workshop.  The Main Tasks will include: Cleaning including sweeping, dusting, rubbish collection and removal (including operating a floor scrubber); Manual Handling of goods / products;  Deliveries and pick ups when required; Some basic operational/manufacturing tasks when required; All other reasonable tasks as required / requested.

OAKS Lake Crackenback Resort (“resort”) is a 4.5-star holiday resort located on the Alpine Way on the border of the Kosciuszko National Park (KNP).  The Owner’s Corporation of the Strata Scheme 37248 is responsible to maintain and operate all of the Common Property assets and facilities at the resort.  These Common Property areas include the following: ·       An Indoor Aquatic and Fitness Centre. ·       General grounds, a 9-hole Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Mountain Bike Tracks, Walking Trails and various other recreational areas. ·       Waste Water Treatment and Drinking Water Facilities and their associated infrastructure. ·       Roads, Street Lighting, Visitor and Guest Parking Areas and its associated infrastructure. ·       General Waste and Recycling Facilities / Areas. ·       Lakes and Water Ways ·       External areas of the Lakeside Waterfront Apartments comprising of Stage 1 and Stage 2.  The General Hand is a Full-Time position that reports to the Facilities Manager (FM).

About the role: We are looking for two friendly and reliable people to undertake the position of General Hand Horticulture to work on a permanent full-time basis and perform a diverse range of tasks associated with the development and maintenance of the City of Swan’s parks, reserves and streetscapes.
