What you'll be doing:

• All aspects of garden maintenance—mowing, pruning, fertilising, planting, weeding, mulching, pest/disease control

• Operation and maintenance of tools including zero-turn mowers, hedgers, blowers, and brushcutters

• Leading by example on-site and contributing to a high-performing, safety-first culture

• Mentoring apprentices or working independently depending on site needs

• Supporting the broader team to uphold ANL's industry-leading standards

What we're looking for:

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (required)

• Strong practical experience across garden maintenance and turf management

• Minimum 1-2 years of practical garden maintenance experience

• A team-focused approach and commitment to quality outcomes

• Confidence operating machinery and following safe work procedures

• Some experience with machinery operation is expected

• A current driver's licence (manual preferred); ideally located in Melbourne's south or east

• Willingness to undergo a Police Check (or hold one)

• Australian work authorisation is required for this position
