About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Gardener to join our team at Jim's Mowing Beaconsfield North in Mackay, QLD. This is a casual position that will involve maintaining and enhancing the gardens and outdoor spaces of our valued clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients' properties look their best all year round.

What you'll be doing

• Mowing, edging and trimming lawns on a regular basis
• Pruning and shaping shrubs and hedges
• Weeding and mulching garden beds
• Planting and maintaining a variety of flowers, plants and trees
• Performing general garden maintenance tasks such as clearing pathways and driveways
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a gardening or landscaping role
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and plant care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
• Customer service orientation and good communication skills
• A current driver's licence and reliable transportation
