We're a well-established Canberra-based business specialising in strata landscape maintenance, and we're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Gardener — ideally someone at Leading Hand level or ready to step into that role.

The role

• Ongoing landscape maintenance across strata properties

• Mowing, edging, hedging, pruning and general grounds upkeep

• Weed control and plant care

• Minor landscape and repair works

• Basic irrigation repairs and fault finding (experience an advantage)

• Working independently on sites and assisting with team supervision

• Opportunity to take ownership of sites and step into a Leading Hand position

This role would suit you if:

• You're currently subcontracting and want:

  • consistent wages

  • stable, full-time hours

  • no quoting, invoicing, or chasing payments

• You have solid experience in landscape maintenance

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of landscape maintenance experience

• You hold an unrestricted Australian driver's licence (essential)

• You must be an Australian citizen

• You're reliable, organised, and take pride in presentation

• You're looking for long-term work with progression
