Majestic Hotels & Apartments is seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to take the lead in maintaining the beautiful grounds across our six hotel and apartment locations.  If you love creating inviting outdoor spaces and enjoy seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role
As our Gardener, you will be the gardening expert within the business, responsible for the presentation, health and upkeep of gardens across all Majestic properties. You will work as part of our Maintenance Team, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, and will have the support of Maintenance Officers to assist with garden maintenance tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain gardens, landscaping and outdoor areas across all sites

• Develop seasonal planning and maintenance plans

• Conduct regular pruning, hedging, mowing and weed control

• Monitor plant health and implement appropriate treatments

• Suggest improvements to enhance the presentation of our properties

• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

• Liaise with the stakeholders regarding site priorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in gardening, landscaping or horticulture

• Strong plant knowledge and an eye for detail

• Ability to work independently whilst also collaborating with the Maintenance Team

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A proactive hands-on approach

• A valid driver’s licence (required for travel between sites)
