About the role

Home Grown Lawn and Garden is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team on a casual basis (Excess of 30 hours per week). Based in Rockingham, WA 6168, this role will involve maintaining and enhancing the beautiful gardens and landscapes we oversee for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general gardening duties such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
• Caring for a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees to ensure their health and vitality
• Identifying and addressing any garden pests or diseases
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and presentation in all garden areas
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and landscaping
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
