We’re Looking For two people

• One trainee with no previous experience and one skilled labourer with previous construction experience who is keen to learn how to install waterproofing membranes

• Someone with a can-do attitude who takes pride in quality work

• A team player who values attention to detail and wants to build a long-term career

You’ll train with our most experienced installers, developing your skills and learning the latest best-practice waterproofing methods used across Australia.

$28–$38 per hour + Super + overtime rates
All tools provided
Monthly goals with incentives

Two scheduled pay reviews per year
Quarterly team days (paintball, go-karting, Harbour Bridge climb,Randwick race day)
Annual Harbour Cruise
Work on Sydney’s most prestigious homes (Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Sutherland Shire)

• Offsider to tradesperson cleaning and preparation of waterproof areas

• All aspects of liquid membrane installation

• Arranging and organizing materials

• Travelling to Sydney’s most prestigious residential homes
