About the Role

Due to continued growth, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Forklift Field Service Technician, with energy and passion to deliver the best result for the business and our valued customers. Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Onsite servicing, diagnosis + repairs, pre hires and off hires on all our equipment.
Being responsible for delivering a high level of service to our customers specialising in our range of forklifts, telehandlers and access equipment .
Confidently communicating with customers to assess their service requirements
Onsite forklift Maintenance and Service, fault finding.
Develop and maintain your technical knowledge of products and equipment through continued training.

About You

As an integral part of our business you'll bring a strong work ethic, easy going personality along with:

Relevant trade qualifications (Light or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic)
Experience with servicing and diagnostics of Forklift equipment or mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components is required.
Current Forklift licence & full Australian Drivers' license - use of a company vehicle is required
LPG Qualifications highly regarded
Safety focused mindset is & the ability to work unsupervised is paramount.
Good verbal communications skill and the ability to use them appropriately at a variety of levels.
