Experienced Mobile Tyre Technicians – Drive Your Career Further

Are you an experienced Tyre Fitter tired of the workshop grind? Ready for the next step in your trade with a national leader that values skill, independence, and customer service?

Mobile Tyre Shop is revolutionising how Australians take care of their tyres — delivering premium brands and expert service directly to homes, workplaces, and beyond. With demand growing rapidly, we’re on the hunt for skilled Tyre Technicians ready to get out from behind the hoist and onto the open road!

Why Join Us?

We're a national company with strong local operations. Our Techs love working with us because we provide genuine independence, comprehensive support and the backing of a trusted national brand.

Freedom On the Road – Escape the workshop! Work independently from a fully equipped van with all the tools you need to succeed.

Ongoing Work - Service an average of 6 customers per day with flexible scheduling around your preferences

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate + opportunity for daily overtime

Immediate start

Fully stocked mobile service van with modern equipment

Consistent ongoing rosters with flexible hours that work around your life

Supportive, experienced team environment

Company phone + fuel card + uniform + PPE

Employee retention bonus + weekly bonus incentives + extra earn with refer a friend scheme

Real opportunity to grow with a national company

What You're Doing:

Carry out mobile tyre fitting, rotations, balancing and repairs — at customers’ homes or workplaces.

Initial 2 week training period by a senior member of staff

Deliver top-tier service as the face of Mobile Tyre Shop

Use a company app on your work phone and be guided through your day.

Operate independently while staying connected to a dedicated support and logistics team.

What We’re Looking For:

6-12 months (preferred) of tyre fitting experience — whether in a dealership, workshop, or mobile service

Reliability, honesty and commitment to providing high level customer service

Strong work ethic, professional punctual and well presented

A proactive, safety-first mindset

Current working rights in Australia

Must be eligible to pass a police background check

Full, valid driver’s licence

This is more than just a tyre-fitting job — it’s a chance to build a career with real autonomy, respect, and support.

If you’re experienced, motivated, and ready for something better — apply today and join a team that’s redefining the industry.

Ready to drive your career forward with Australia's mobile tyre leaders? We're conducting immediate interviews and can start the right candidate this month.

Please note: Background/Police Checks will be carried out by MTS as part of the recruitment process.

Due to the high volume of applicants, only successful candidates will be contacted.
