Job Description:

We are a top performing novated lease and finance company, looking for highly motivated sales professionals who are excited to be part of a growing team, passionate about cars, and committed to saving our customers money. 

We are seeking Novated Lease Finance Brokers to join our team, located in a vibrant area with free parking, gyms, yoga studios, restaurants, and bars at our doorstep, our Moorabbin location is a great place to work and play.

In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers understand the benefits of a novated lease, car finance and assist them in finding the right vehicle option for their needs.  

As a Novated Lease Professional, you will be responsible for servicing inbound and outbound enquiries, and for reaching and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with strong telephone and communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service inbound and outbound enquiries, with the goal of converting them into sales

• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service

• Stay current on industry trends and developments, and be able to articulate the value of our products and services

• Work closely with the rest of the sales team, and share best practices and ideas

Skills and experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in finance or telephone sales, with a proven track record of success

• Automotive finance industry experience is preferred

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM and other sales software

• Experience with a variety of sales techniques, including solution-based selling

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Strong telephone sales skills and aptitude in sales

• High level of proficiency in oral and written communication

Base of $65,000 with uncapped earning potential otherwise negotiable depending on experience.
