The Role

This is a senior broker position for someone who brings experience, initiative, and a book of knowledge from their time at other brokerages. You'll be working with warm leads (we'll help generate them), but we're also looking for someone who knows how to build their own pipeline and isn't afraid to back themselves.

You'll work alongside our director and existing team as a true strategic partner - someone who brings new ideas, raises the bar, and wants to be part of building something.

What you'll be doing:

• Writing and settling finance deals across automotive, personal, and asset finance

• Building and nurturing your own client relationships and referral network

• Contributing to lead generation strategy and business development

• Bringing fresh thinking from your experience at other brokerages

• Working collaboratively with our team in a high-trust, high-performance environment

About You

• Minimum 3 years experience as an accredited finance broker

• Must hold either MFAA or FBAA accreditation

• A track record of strong settlements and happy clients

• Commercially minded — you understand how to grow a book, not just service one

• Confident, personable, and able to build rapport quickly

• Ambitious and self-motivated, but also a genuine team player

• Based in or able to commute to Double Bay, Sydney

• Australian work rights are required for this position
