 We are currently seeking a Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to maintain, diagnose and repair a wide variety of light vehicles along with specialising in European vehicles like Landrover, VW, Audi, Mercedes and BMW to name a few.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, maintenance and repairs on light vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately
• Perform engine repairs, brake servicing, suspension work and clutch repairs
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Use diagnostic equipment and technical manuals as required
• Maintain clear records of work performed
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Current drivers licence
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicles
• Additional qualifications in auto-electrics or diagnostics
