As an Automatic Transmission Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of automatic transmissions and transaxles using the latest equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers' vehicles are running at peak performance and reliability. Task & Responsibilities

Road test vehicles and conduct thorough diagnosis on transmission-related issues, using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques
Perform repairs and overhauls on automatic transmissions, including disassembly, component replacement, and reassembly
Experience diagnosing and repairing CVT, DSG, DCT and modern transmissions
Collaborate with the workshop team to carry out effective repairs and provide technical guidance
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts
Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment
Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment

Qualification & Experience

Certificate III including at least 2 years of on the job training or at least 3 years of on the job training
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Automatic Transmission Specialist or similar role
Extensive knowledge of automatic transmission systems
