Task & responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance including servicing, oil changes, and inspections
• Repair and replace faulty components such as brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspension systems
• Conduct vehicle testing to ensure repairs are completed effectively
• Maintain accurate records of work performed
• Follow workplace health and safety standards
• Evaluates engine and part malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
• Conducts vehicle inspections to provide roadworthiness certificates or lists of required fixes.

Qualification & experience

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Motor Mechanic (mandatory)
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
