Col Crawford BMW is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our New Vehicle Sales Department.

Representing BMW for almost 60 years, Col Crawford BMW has built a reputation for exceptional customer service, high performance and professionalism. About the Role

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our New Vehicle Sales Department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Consultants.

• Driving sales performance while maintaining strong profitability.

• Monitoring and improving key performance indicators.

• Recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing team members.

• Managing daily dealership sales operations.

• Working closely with Finance, Aftersales and BMW Australia.

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the sales journey.

• Maintaining high standards of compliance, professionalism and operational excellence.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.

• A proven history of achieving sales and profitability targets.

• Outstanding leadership and coaching skills.

• Strong commercial and business acumen.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• A customer first approach.

• High levels of integrity, professionalism and accountability.

• A current NSW Driver Licence.

Experience within a premium automotive brand will be highly regarded but is not essential.
