About the opportunity:

As a Service Advisor, within the Motorrad department, you are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, by ensuring that each individual customers needs are managed from start to finish. 

You will be responsible for coordinating customer service appointments, liaising with customers on estimated completion times, and confidently and accurately communicating with each customer. You will be passionate about accuracy in every aspect of your work, and ensuring customers are provided with an exceptional experience.

 

This role operates on a 5-day week Monday to Friday.

• Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable
• Confidence to sell and negotiate
• Committed to providing an excellent customer experience. Every time.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility to assist our customers’ needs
• A current riders license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
