About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Truck Operators to join our project in the Gascoyne region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major new development from the ground up.

Roles will commence on a  2:1 days and nights roster.

About You

• 1 - 2 years experience operating Haul Trucks in mining or large scale civil environments (experience with CAT 777/785/789 or similar desirable)
• Ability to follow load plans, dump instructions and maintain consistent cycle times
• Strong safety mindset with good hazard awareness
• Ability to work well within a production team
• Clear communication skills and reliability
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical & Drug/Alcohol Screen

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of haul trucks to move material efficiently and consistently
• Following load, haul and dump instructions from supervisors and spotters
• Conducting prestart checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Maintaining clean work areas, dump zones and safe operating distances
• Supporting Dozer and Excavator operators to maintain smooth production flow
• Contributing to a positive team culture and safe work environment
