The Role:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Setup and Installation Crew. This role is ideal for those who thrive on variety and excitement, and who are passionate about bringing luxurious events to life with a sense of purpose and care. As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Transform Every Event: Engage in setting up and installing high-end event products and designs at a diverse range of prestigious venues across Melbourne and Victoria.

• Master Precision: Handle the bump-in and bump-out stages with meticulous care, upholding our high standards of quality and responsibility.

• Drive Logistics: Operate various vehicles, including vans and small trucks, to transport and manage event equipment efficiently.

• Collaborate On-Site: Work closely with clients and team members to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service at every event.

• Utilise Cutting-Edge Tools: Employ advanced software to streamline and enhance the preparation and delivery of client orders.

What We Seek:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 10kg with ease.

• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Self-Motivation: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Licences & Location: A valid driver’s licence is required; MR and forklift licences are advantageous. Familiarity with the Melbourne Metro Area is preferred. Own car necessary for travel to our Epping warehouse and various event locations.

• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and occasional night shifts, with competitive remuneration.

• Communication Skills: Effective English literacy, with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour.

• Personal Presentation: Good hygiene and self-presentation are essential, with a valid police check and steel-cap work boots required.
