We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands-on Site & Crew Leader to join our marquee and event hire team. This full-time role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, leading teams, and delivering professional event builds across weddings, festivals, corporate events, and large-scale installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews during marquee builds, deliveries, pack-downs, and event installations.
• Load out and check all job inventory before leaving the yard using forklift
• Drive manual HR vehicles to and from sites.
• Provide exceptional client communication and customer service.
• Ensure safety standards and operational procedures on every job.
• Manage inventory return processes and assist in the warehouse and yard as needed.
• Approve team timesheets and contribute to strong team culture
• Excellent time management skills and an efficiency mindset.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in marquee installation and events.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Manual HR Licence (required).
• Forklift ticket (required or able to obtain immediately)
• Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude

• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

• Flexibility in roster- weekends, late nights and early mornings will be required from time to time.
