Join Melbourne Event Florals, Victoria's leading faux floral styling and event hire studio. With over 16 years of experience and our recent win as the ABIA 2024 Winner (VIC) and 2025 Innovation Award recipient, we are looking for a talented Floral Stylist to help us transform premium venues across Melbourne.

From breathtaking winery weddings at Tanglewood Estate to high-profile brand activations at The Espy, you'll be at the forefront of Melbourne's event scene.

The Role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you will:

Create: Assemble stunning silk floral installations and bespoke pieces in our Bentleigh warehouse.

Install: Lead on-site event setup and styling at iconic venues across the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, and Melbourne CBD.

Collaborate: Liaise with clients and logistics teams to ensure every "bloom" is perfectly placed.

Maintain: Ensure our premium hire range remains in award-winning condition.

What You'll Bring

Experience: Previous background in floristry or event styling.

The Look: A portfolio that showcases your creative flair.

Capability: You're comfortable driving a small van (full license required) and have the physical stamina for event "bump-ins" and "bump-outs."

Flexibility: Availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends, to match the wedding season pulse.
