Our point of difference is clear: we do not just use technology, we build it.

Across every division, from frontline operations to corporate services, our bespoke software tools are transforming how we work, improving safety, efficiency, and decision-making in real time.

Our technology is not solely for internal use; it is proven, commercial-grade innovation trusted by clients and organisations across Australia and internationally.

ACESGroup is not a guard supply company with technology in the background, we are a technology innovation company with a high-tech guarding division.
We are shaping the future of the security industry by integrating people, systems, and smart technology to deliver safer, more connected environments.

At ACESGroup, innovation is part of how we speak, teach, and operate, and we are seeking team members who wish to develop and grow with us.

  • Respond swiftly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and critical events.
  • Coordinate and communicate with on-ground personnel, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
  • Control access to restricted areas, maintaining compliance with event SOPs and accreditation protocols.
  • Log and report incidents through digital systems with precision and accountability.

  • Utilise ACESGroup’s proprietary technology platforms to enhance reporting and decision-making.

  • Proven Event Control Room Operator (CRO) experience: essential.
  • Confidence operating within high-pressure, live-event environments guided by SOPs and real-time updates.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Availability for 24/7 rotating rosters, including weekends, nights, and public events.
  • RSA Competency Card (current).
  • Current First Aid and CPR.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional presentation.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pass a LLND (Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital) test.
  • Current NSW Driver Licence.

Desirable / or willing to obtain:

  • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan (ITMP) certifications.

  • Work with advanced security technology and digital platforms that support operational excellence.
  • Access to Sydney’s most iconic venues and events.
  • Paid breaks and full uniform provided.
