  • CAPA & Root-Cause Investigation: Investigate non-conformances, quality incidents, and customer complaints; design and execute effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 
  • Product Quality & Verification: Monitor ongoing product quality via raw material testing, processing inspections, trend analysis, and verification protocols. 
  • Documentation & Validation Review: Review and sign off on product specifications, validation studies, operating procedures, and technical food safety documentation. 
  • Proactive Customer Quality Monitoring: Monitoring Cutomer Feedback, perceptions and satisfaction regarding quality and delivery timelines. 
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Liaison: Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Executive Leadership, and external suppliers to ensure raw goods and finished products meet precise technical specifications. 
  • Data Analytics & Executive Reporting: Analyze quality metrics, implement statistical quality tools, and present suitability reports to senior management to drive operational efficiency and safety. 

Qualification & experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of full time highly relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems Management within a food manufacturing or processing environment. 
  • Technical Mastery: In-depth working knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and Australian Food Safety Regulations. 
  • Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience in managing QA teams, leading certification deployments, and executing root-cause analyses. 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder liaison capabilities across senior executive, production floor, and supplier levels.
