We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical, and proactive Inventory Analyst who’s ready to take ownership of our used car stock — keeping it sharp, competitive, and market-ready every day.

Our Automall Aspley site — a brand-new, state-of-the-art, technology-based dealership on Brisbane’s northside — is changing the game in how Australians buy and sell used cars. With a warehouse-style layout and a data-led approach, this is a business built for speed, accuracy, and innovation.
🚗 What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimise our entire used car inventory — from arrival through to sale.
• Set and adjust vehicle pricing using data insights, competitor research, and market trends.
• Write engaging, accurate comments and ensure every listing looks sharp online with top-quality photos.
• Track and analyse online performance — who’s viewing, enquiring, and buying.
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify trends and opportunities, using Excel and market analytics to guide pricing and stock decisions.
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to make sure every vehicle stands out and sells fast.
• Stay ahead of the market — proactively adjusting to changes before they impact results.
💡 About You
• You’re analytical, detail-obsessed, and data-driven — accuracy matters to you.
• You’re proactive and love staying ahead of market trends.
• Competent across computer systems and fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable analysing large data sets and turning numbers into clear insights.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple moving parts with ease.
• You’re naturally curious about cars of every kind — and excited to learn more every day.
• Experience in automotive, retail, marketing, or inventory control is a plus.
