Position Overview

As a Skin/Dermal Therapist, you are the face of the Melanie Grant brand, embodying excellence and providing a world-class client experience. You will lead by example, ensuring every client feels welcome, confident, and at ease. This role combines a passion for advanced skincare, beauty, and luxury client care to deliver a truly unique, exclusive, and engaging service during every treatment or consultation.

The role is based in Double Bay, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke, engaging, and exclusive services for each client throughout their treatment and consultation.

• Collaborate with the MG team to utilise our full suite of products and services for exceptional client results.

• Share best practices and actively contribute to the team's collective knowledge and professional development.

• Commit to ongoing development and world-class skills training.

Cultivating the Client Experience

• Build long-lasting, trustful relationships with clients rooted in authenticity and emotional connection, acting as their dedicated Skin Care Advisor.

• Conduct personalised skincare consultations and provide advanced treatments, developing tailored treatment plans and skincare regimes to address specific concerns.

• Master and flawlessly execute all skincare diagnoses, service protocols, and treatment procedures.

• Systematically ensure each client visit is a memorable MG moment by offering a seamless service-and-experience approach, complete with a follow-up invitation.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury spa or clinical environment.

• Qualifications: A required diploma or degree qualification in a related field.

• Expertise: Skilled and knowledgeable in skincare formulations, ingredients, and the anatomy and physiology of the skin.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills and a keen dedication to creating the ultimate client experience.
