David Levy Motorsports is a well-established specialist automotive workshop, with over 20 years in the industry. Located in the Bayside area of Melbourne. Our particular passion is in European cars, however, we take great pride in our high level of workmanship and customer service, dealing with all makes and models of vehicles. 

We are licensed roadworthy testers and carry out lot preparation for various car dealerships in the area. 

About the role

We have an awesome opportunity for a qualified, full time, Light Vehicle Mechanic with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.

This isn't your average mechanic role, we also build and maintain a variety of race cars so if you are into motorsports, you'll love your new role here with us!

Your daily duties will include but are not limited to:

• Servicing
• Modifications and performance upgrades
• Roadworthy testing
• General maintenance of all makes and models with a special interest in European vehicles

About You

• Qualification desired - Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or other relevant certificate. As an alternative to the qualification, 3 years work experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic will be sufficient.
• Light vehicle mechanic experience – at least 2 years post-qualifications. Alternatively, 3 years work experience, if there is no qualification.
• Diagnostic experience is an advantage
• Manual licence 
• Experience with European makes/models is a strong advantage
• A roadworthy licence is highly regarded
• Australia work rights
• Punctual and tidy
• A positive and "go get em" attitude
