About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Motor Mechanic/Automotive technician to join our team at Echelon Automotive in Hendra, Queensland. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles From Audi, BMW, Mercedes through to Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Toyota we service and repair all makes and models. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring our customers vehicles are back on the road safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Repairing and servicing a variety of makes and models of vehicles
• Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify issues
• Performing scheduled maintenance and repairs as per manufacturer specifications
• Using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and resolve problems
• Providing high-quality workmanship
• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• Commitment to providing high-quality work
• Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Mechanics
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Mechanic (advantage for European vehicle service and repair experience)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in using a wide range of diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Valid driver's licence
