Key Responsibilities

• Drive Social Media Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to grow engagement and sales.
• SEO & SEM Mastery: Manage and enhance our search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to rank higher than the competition.
• Content Creation: Develop captivating content for our website, email campaigns, and social media channels to inspire and inform our audience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyse campaign performance and web analytics to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep pace with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques to ensure ARMORMAN 4X4 remains an industry leader.
• Brand Cohesion: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a unified brand message across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, ideally in the automotive, 4x4, caravan, trailer, boat, or outdoor activity retail sectors.
• Expertise: Proven skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
• Creative & Analytical: Strong copywriting abilities paired with a data-driven mindset to optimise campaign performance.
• Passion: A genuine love for the outdoors, 4x4 culture, and the products we create.
• Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally.
