Venture Outdoor is growing and looking to add skilled, reliable people to our construction team. We specialise in the construction of high-quality steel and timber outdoor structures, including patios and custom outdoor living spaces, mostly on established family homes.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, turns up on time, communicates well, and wants more than just another job on the tools.

About the Role

• Construct steel, aluminium and timber outdoor structures and patios

• Work as part of a small, professional team

• Deliver clean, well-finished work on occupied residential sites

• Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients throughout the build

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on construction experience (carpentry, roof plumbing, steel framing or similar)

• Strong workmanship and attention to detail

• Punctual and reliable.

• Good client communication skills

• Ability to proactively communicate any changes to start times or build dates

• Team-focused attitude and professional onsite behaviour

Formal trade qualifications are not essential.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience through photos of past work, examples of similar builds, or references from previous employers or clients.

Employment & Remuneration Options

We offer flexible arrangements to suit the right person:

Preferred option – Full-time casual employment

• Company vehicle provided

• Tools supplied

• Fuel included

Alternative option – Subcontractor

• Job-by-job work available

• Must operate under a PTY LTD company

• Own tools, vehicle, and insurances required

Remuneration is negotiable and based on experience, capability, and preferred engagement type (employee or subcontractor).
