About the role

Perth Cleaning Crew is seeking experienced Cleaners to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This position is based in Perth, WA 6000 and offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning services company dedicated to delivering high-quality results for our diverse clientele. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining our clients' premises to the highest standards, ensuring their spaces remain clean, hygienic and welcoming. What you'll be doing

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively

• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality standards across all assignments

• Use appropriate cleaning products and chemicals in accordance with health and safety regulations

• Respond promptly to client requests and address any specific cleaning requirements or concerns

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues

• Report any maintenance issues, damage or hazards observed on client premises

• Ensure all cleaning areas are left secure and that equipment is properly stored at the end of each shift

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a cleaner in residential or commercial cleaning environments

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights

• Reliability and punctuality with a demonstrated ability to manage time effectively

• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products, techniques and safety procedures

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude towards clients and team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driving licence and reliable transport (desirable)

• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one (may be required depending on assignment)
