We are currently seeking Casual Cleaners to join our dedicated General Services Team.

About the Role:

As a Cleaner at Buckland, you will play a key role in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine and deep cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising, and waste management

• Ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, including resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms

• Restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment

• Following strict infection control and hygiene protocols

• Supporting other departments where required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous cleaning experience (experience in aged care or healthcare settings is ideal, but not essential)

• High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

• Ability to follow procedures and infection control guidelines

• Respectful, compassionate and professional manner with residents and team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and time management skills

• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• The right to work in Australia
