The Equipment Co. is South East Melbourne based, operating in the catering equipment and refrigeration hire industry.

As a result of business growth, we are looking to employ another equipment cleaner at our Dandenong South warehouse.

About you

We’re a small, close-knit team so finding the RIGHT person is important to us. We want to talk to you if the following sounds like you:

Organised: Able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks

Independent: You don’t need to be told exactly how to do things, but you will ask for help when you need it 

Attention to detail: You make sure things are done right the first time

Practical and handy: You will come up with practical solutions when things aren’t straightforward

Previous experience in the equipment hire or food service industries may help you hit the ground running, but skills and attitude are what we’re really looking for.

The core part of this role is to assist with cleaning and to perform inspections of our equipment prior to dispatch and to support the greater team to maintain a clean and well organised warehouse. 

This role will include:

• Cleaning catering equipment and refrigeration

• Re-setting equipment parts on each piece of equipment

• Identifying when equipment parts are missing

A valid manual drivers licence is ideal but not essential.
