We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for an experienced HC Driver with Truck ‘n’ Dog experience to join our crew.

What you'll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of our action, transporting materials to and from job sites. Your ability to smoothly reverse that Truck ‘n’ Dog, operate road ganger gearboxes, and stay on top of your pre-start checks will keep our projects rolling. And the best part? You’ll be working with a small, dedicated team that knows how to get things done—while keeping things fun!

• Safely operate a Truck ‘n’ Dog combination to transport materials such as soil, aggregate, and construction equipment.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.

• Liaise with site managers and project coordinators to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with all relevant road transport regulations.

• Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's License.

• Solid experience with Truck and Dog - 2 years+ is a bonus!

• Reversing skills that could make a 3-point turn jealous.

• Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices.

• Experience with road ganger gearboxes.

• A White Card.

• A genuine love for your work (and the machines that make it happen!).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability to work full-time hours, including (some) Saturdays—weekends are for the brave!
