Founded in 2012, Offaly Civil Engineering (OCE) is a privately owned, self-performing, multi-disciplined civil contracting firm servicing the Wide Bay and Southeast Queensland regions. Offaly prides itself on being reliable, efficient, and pragmatic in project delivery, with a hands-on management approach that focuses not only on exceeding our clients’ expectations but also creating a sustainable infrastructure legacy for the communities that we live and work in. What we need

Due to consistent and targeted growth with a strong pipeline local work into 2026 the business is now seeking to employ a Civil all-rounders for immediate start on projects in the Gympie region.

The successful candidate must possess the following skills;

• Physically fit and willing to undertake manual tasks such as handling and installing pipes, minor concreting works, pipe trench works, site set-up and clean-up.

• Ability to work in a team and follow direction from the pipe installation leading hand & supervisors.

• Own transport.

• Strong Commitment to Health & Safety.

• OH&S White Card.

• Versatile candidate with excavator / loader / skid steer tickets experience highly desirable.

We are looking for candidates with any of the following skills:

• Pipe installation (Water, sewer & stormwater)

• Plant operation (Skid Steer, Excavator, loader)

• Truck driving (MR/HR)

• Concreting (finishing, steel fixing, formwork)

• General civil labouring
