We are seeking a qualified Motor Mechanic to play a key role in supporting our workshop operations by maintaining, repairing, and preparing a wide variety of vehicles and heavy equipment.

Unlike a standard automotive workshop, Brisbane Blast and Paint operates at the intersection of mechanical servicing and industrial refinishing.
The Motor Mechanic ensures:

•Equipment is safe and functional prior to blasting and coating
•Mechanical components are protected or removed to prevent damage
•Vehicles are fully operational and compliant upon completion
•Downtime is minimised for clients in industries such as mining and transport

This makes the role integral to maintaining our quality standards, turnaround commitments, and client satisfaction.

This role is essential to ensuring that all assets are operational, safe, and ready for industrial refinishing, as well as properly reassembled and tested prior to release to clients.
