About the role

We are seeking an experienced carpenter in Brisbane to work under our Site Supervisors. Someone who is still working on the tools but has the potential to grow your career into a more senior role within our business. This is a great opportunity for a carpenter looking to gradually progress off the tools and into supervision. 

You will need to be able to work un-supervised and assist the site supervisors in managing basic onsite issues as they crop up.  You will be required to liaise and communicate with our stakeholders professionally and efficiently, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction is high. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has: 

• A trade qualification in carpentry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience  (relevant white card and carpentry licence required);

• A team-oriented and customer-focused disposition, coupled with an accountable and results-driven attitude;

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships;

• A current driver’s licence with a clean driving history; 

• Your own vehicle and tools; and 

• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities. 

We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time permanent position and remuneration will be paid commensurate with skills and experience.
