As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hands-on carpenter who wants long-term stability, professional development, and the opportunity to step into a future Site Supervisor role.

The Role
This position begins as a hands-on carpenter role working directly with our director across multiple bathroom renovations. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of high-quality residential renovations while being supported to grow into a leadership position.

Your responsibilities:
• Demolition and site preparation
• Carpentry rough-ins, framing, sheeting and finish-offs
• Waterproofing (training provided if required)
• Working closely with plumbers, electricians, tilers and other subcontractors
• Maintaining high standards of site presentation and safety
• Using our job management software for scheduling + communication
• Assisting with the coordination of trades
• Contributing to a positive, respectful and professional client experience

As our team expands, this role will evolve into Site Supervisor, overseeing renovation projects and mentoring future apprentices.

Who We’re Looking For
• Qualified Carpenter (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Experience in residential renovations (bathrooms/kitchens highly valued)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, respectful and client-friendly
• Keen to grow with a business offering real career progression
• Current driver’s licence + reliable vehicle for the initial period

• $90,000–$110,000 package (depending on skillset/background) + Fuel Allowance
