Title: Motor Mechanic

Position: Full Time, 

Salary: $75,000 - $80, 000 per annum Plus Super

Location: Epping, VIC

We are seeking a full time qualified, enthusiastic, reliable, experienced and motivated motor mechanic who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and have great attention to detail delivering work to the highest standard.

Task & responsibilities

· As a qualified motor mechanic, you will be involved in the inspection, evaluation, repair and replacement across all Makes and models.

· Inspect and run diagnostic tests to discover functional issues.

· Perform Mechanical repairs including but not limited to periodic servicing, brakes, clutches, suspension, tuneup’s and timing belts on different makes and models.

· Change engine, steering and transmission oils.

· Dismantle, repair or replace engine defective part/s and re assemble after performing repairs.

· Conduct quality checks after conducting repairs and before returning vehicles.

· Adhere and follow work safety procedures, guidelines and service manuals.

· General housekeeping and workshop maintenance duties.

Qualification & experience

· Relevant Australian Trade Qualifications. (Certificate III or IV)

· At least one year experience of working on all makes and models.

· Ability and knowledge to figure out the fault, conduct repair and provide the best possible solution.

· Capable of working independently and unsupervised.

· Knowledge of working with computers and access diagnostic equipment/s.

· Current Australian Full Driver License holder.

· Excellent communication skills, can do attitude and attention to detail.
