• The Trade: You are a qualified Cabinet Maker or Joiner. That’s the baseline.

• The Hands: You have exceptional bench and assembly skills. You don't just "put it together" you build it with precision.

• The Brain: You can look at detailed architectural drawings and see the finished product before you make the first cut.

• The Cool: When deadlines loom and the pressure is on, you don't panic, you problem-solve.

• The Pride: You are obsessed with clean, accurate work. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.

• The Respect: You treat the materials, the client, and your teammates with respect. We have zero time for egos here.
