Who We’re Looking For
You might already be a Construction Trainer—or you may be a hands-on tradie who loves teaching apprentices on the job and wants to take the next step. If you enjoy helping others learn and want to see students grow, we want to hear from you.
Whether you already hold your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or you’re looking to transition into training, we will support you every step of the way.

Join our Trainer Mentor Program, where you’ll learn accredited training delivery while completing your Cert IV—fully funded by us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading practical, engaging training sessions
- Sharing trade knowledge and hands‑on experience
- Mentoring students as they build skills
- Assisting with lesson plans, assessments, and training resources
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
- Working closely with Heads of Department to deliver high‑quality training programs
