What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications

• Preparing detailed quotes for commercial joinery projects and residential.

• Calculating materials, labour, and subcontractor costs

• Liaising with suppliers for competitive pricing

• Identifying and addressing scope gaps or discrepancies

• Working closely with our design and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy

• Submitting compelling, professional tenders on time

• Supporting the Director/Project Managers in tender follow-ups and negotiations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in cabinet making or joinery estimating

• Solid understanding of cabinetry construction, materials, and hardware

• Ability to read plans, drawings, and tender documents confidently

• Strong Excel skills

• Commercial awareness – you know how to price competitively without cutting corners

• Great communication, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines
