Pro Cabinet Solution Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing cabinetry and joinery manufacturer specialising in custom kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and commercial fit-outs. We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our production team on a full-time basis. This is a skilled role requiring technical capability, attention to detail and the ability to work from detailed drawings and specifications. The position is ongoing and essential to the company’s operational needs.

The successful applicant will be required to perform duties including, but not limited to:

• Interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, job orders and design documentation to accurately determine project specifications, measurements and installation requirements.

• Selecting, preparing and working with a variety of materials including solid timber, veneers, MDF, particle board and other engineered wood products suitable for custom cabinetry and joinery manufacture.

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC machinery and computer-controlled equipment to precisely cut, machine, drill and shape cabinetry components.

• Manufacturing and assembling custom-made kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe and joinery components in accordance with approved drawings and production standards.

• Installing completed cabinetry and joinery on site for residential and commercial projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and commercial fit-outs.

• Producing high-quality custom fittings and detailed joinery elements for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial interior projects to meet design and client requirements.

• Applying edging, surface treatments, finishes and protective coatings to cabinetry and joinery products to achieve the required appearance and durability.

• Installing, adjusting and fine-tuning hardware components such as hinges, drawer runners, shelving systems, handles and locking mechanisms to ensure smooth operation and alignment.

• Undertaking repairs, modifications and refurbishment work on existing cabinetry and joinery items as required by project or client needs.

• Conducting quality checks and final inspections to ensure all manufactured and installed work complies with company standards, workplace safety requirements and agreed project timelines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A relevant trade qualification in Cabinetmaking, Carpentry/Joinery or Furniture Making; or at least three years of relevant verifiable experience.

• Experience in operating CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws and related woodworking equipment.

• Strong ability to read technical drawings, plans and cutting lists.

• Proven experience producing and installing quality cabinetry and joinery products.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-standard workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

• Knowledge of timber properties, finishes and fabrication techniques.

• Reliability, professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.
