About the role

Monarch Kitchens & Joinery are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team in Bell Park, VIC. As a full-time Cabinet Maker, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality custom cabinets, furniture and joinery for residential and commercial clients.

To be a successful candidate you will need:

• Trade qualifications or previous experience working within a joinery factory

• Strong attention to detail and quality control 

• Sound communication skills and be able to follow instructions and directions 

• Forklift license - preferred but not a necessity 

• Own a basic collection of tools 

• Well organised, demonstrate good work ethics

• Experience with a CNC machine- preferred but not a necessity

• To be team focused, while also being self-motivated

• Willingness to learn to advance in your career

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making or a related trade

2. Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a Cabinet Maker

3. Proficient in the use of woodworking machinery and power tools

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings

5. Good problem-solving skills and a commitment to producing high-quality work

6. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities

7. Enthusiasm for the latest trends and techniques in custom cabinetry design
