We’re Looking For:

1. Skilled Master Butchers (relevant industry experience will also be considered in lieu of formal qualification)

• Mastery of traditional and modern butchery techniques.

• Passion for delivering exceptional quality and presentation.

• A flair for showmanship, creating memorable customer experiences.

• Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with chefs on innovative culinary creations.

• Small-goods qualifications / experience (highly regarded)

• Experience & ability to process full body breakdowns (all varieties)

2. Enthusiastic Apprentice

• A deep interest in the heritage of butchery and the culinary arts.

• Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and hone your craft.

• Passion for engaging customers and creating exceptional experiences.
