This full-time Trades Service Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team at National 1 Trades', based in Flinders Park, SA. As the Trades Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality trade services to our valued customers across South Australia.

What you'll be doing

Efficiently schedule and dispatch trade professionals to customer job sites
Liaise with customers to understand their service requirements and coordinate timely resolutions
Maintain detailed records of job progress and customer feedback
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and suggest process enhancements
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Takes jobs through from set up to invoice
Work with team members on the field to create and send off trade quotes
Work with management to create efficiencies within systems and processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably within the trades or home services industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and trade professionals
Excellent skills with a computer with the ability to move swiftly to complete tasks
Strong organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with trade services, safety requirements, and industry regulations
Proficiency in using job management and scheduling software
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
