Experienced Motor Mechanic needed

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Panel beater to join our team.

We are seeking Building Inspectors who can carry out Pre-Purchase and Building and Pest inspections and Complete detailed assessment reports using our user-friendly software.

2 x Full Time Permanent Positions Band 8 - Salary Range $127,546 to $142,788 per annum + 12% Super + ADO + commuter use of Council vehicle is available by negotiation (Rate of pay and super effective 1 July 2025) Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

Work flexibly from either Brisbane or one of our regional centres *Based on availabilty.

Senior Building Inspector Building Commission NSW, Building Operations, Compliance team Grade: Clerk Grade 7/8 Salary Range: $110,266.00 - $122,058.00 per annum, plus employers' contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Term: Temporary up to 12 months with possible ongoing Location: 1 x Newcastle, 1 x Port Macquarie/Coffs Harbour.
