Role responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-purchase and construction staged inspections

• Accurately compile app-based inspection reports

• Communicate effectively with clients and agents

• Follow our proven work-methods to ensure consistency

• Utilise strong computer skills to finalise our same-day building reports

• Be approachable, friendly, and enjoy being part of our team

Essential skills for this role are:

• Current WA Builders Registration

• Certified in Timber Pest Management (CPPUPM3008 & CPPUPM3010) or willingness to enrol

• Thorough knowledge of WA Building Code, Australian Standards, and relevant building regulations

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills within a team, with agents, and clients

• High attention to detail and customer service skills

Other requirements:

• Police clearance, valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle

• Set up to work from a home office

• Must be available Monday to Thursday minimum

• Willingness to travel: 100% (Mandatory)

• Work Location: Primarily on the road with home office

• Must be an Australian citizen
