About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Lash & Brow Artist to join our growing team at Luxe Lash and Brow Co in Wyong, NSW. This is a part-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional lash and brow services to our loyal client base, including lash extensions, lash lifts, brow shaping, and tinting

• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the salon

• Educating clients on proper lash and brow care and recommending products to support their beauty regimen

• Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior lash and brow artists

• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Lash & Brow Artist, with a strong background in lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow services

• A valid Lash & Brow Technician qualification or certification

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest lash and brow trends and techniques

• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Excellent time management and organisational skills
