JOB SUMMARY

We're opening a brand new salon in early February and looking for an experienced Senior Beautician with 3+ years in the industry to join our founding team! This is a casual position with genuine potential to grow into part-time or full-time hours as we build our clientele. You'll deliver a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, eyelash extensions, and brow lamination. Hourly rates as per the Hair and Beauty Industry Award.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be the artist behind stunning transformations, delivering:

→ Precision brow and lash tinting

→ Beautiful lash lifts and eyelash extensions

→ On-trend brow laminations

Beyond treatments, you'll create genuine connections with clients, ensuring every visit feels like a retreat – not just an appointment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified beautician

✓ Strong skills in facial treatments, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, extensions, and brow lamination

✓ A natural ability to make clients feel comfortable, valued, and excited to return

✓ Commitment to maintaining impeccable hygiene and salon standards

✓ A collaborative spirit – you lift your team up while continuously growing your own skills

✓ Qualification in Beauty Therapy (Certificate III or IV)
