The primary function of the Customer Service Representative is to contribute to the ongoing growth of Fleet sales by providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing mycar fleet customers by answering incoming enquiries in a timely and professional manner and effectively enticing each caller to choose mycar as their service centre of choice for both tyres and maintenance on their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales – Customer Service
Ensure inbound calls are taken in a timely fashion in line with KPI’s
Ensure calls are handled and concluded in a timely fashion in line with KPI’s
Work with other mycar stakeholders to ensure that customer queries are handled in an appropriate and timely fashion
Work with store teams where appropriate to ensure caller’s requests are accommodated as much as appropriate and in line with business rules
Sales – Fleet Bookings
Diligently book as many callers as possible to their nearest mycar location
Appropriately persuade drivers where appropriate to choose mycar as their preferred service centre
Handle objections in a professional manner to give callers a level of confidence in the mycar service offer
Maintain appropriate level of conversion to bookings vs number of calls taken
General
Commit to maintaining health and safety principles both within own workplace and through the identification of potential risks at mycar
Manage ad hoc projects as and when required.
Deal with additional duties as and when required.
Demonstrate behaviours aligned to the mycar values.
Work with fellow team members to manage daily email enquiries / email bookings in the shared fleet mailbox, ensuring response times are maintained appropriately.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Degree in Business or related discipline regarded but not essential
Experience in an inbound call taking environment
Experience working in a team
Desire to work as a salesperson highly regarded
