• We need people that get the job done properly, go home safe, and have a laugh doing it. Not those that hang around for toolbox talk theatre.

Who We’re After:

• Leading Hands who can wrangle a crew better than they wrangle the missus’ IKEA instructions. Calm, clear, and no-one ends up crying.

• Boilermakers who can weld straighter than a brand-new spirit level. Even after the smoko pie and iced coffee combo.

• Fitters who know the difference between spanners and don’t call every tool a “thingo”.

• Riggers who can signal a load like they’re directing air traffic, not doing interpretive dancing.

Must-Haves:

• White Card (we’ll accept laminated but not framed).

• Confined Space & Working at Heights tickets (last 2 years! If your “training” involved an overhead projector and a bloke named Gaz, it’s time again).

• Ability to pass a drug & alcohol test.

What You’ll Get:

• Plenty of overtime - Nights, weekends, and the occasional 4am start where you hate everyone… until the payslip lands and you’re magically okay again.

• A crew of absolute weapons (in the good way) - They’ll stitch you up all day, then shout you a beer after. Proper banter, solid people.

• Big shutdowns. Big projects. Big gear - Not “sweep-the-workshop-floor” work. You’ll be on machinery so big it looks fake in photos.

• Respect – DPS isn’t a “bums on seats” labour hire circus. You’re not a number, you’re a tradesman and at DPS, you'll be treated like one.
