We're growing and are looking for an experienced Boilermaker Team Leader, Boilermakers and Steel Fabricators to join our expanding workshop.

Our business supplies fabricated reinforcing steel to major commercial, civil and infrastructure projects across NSW, and due to continued growth we're expanding our fabrication team.
Positions Available
Boilermaker Team Leader
What you will be doing,
Hands on leadership role to lead and mentor a team of skilled fabricators
Coordinate daily workshop production.
Ensure quality, productivity and safety standards are maintained.
Work closely with Production and Scheduling to meet customer deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement within the workshop.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Co-ordinate the building of jigs for a structured workflow
MIG weld reinforcing steel components.
To be successful, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
Experience in leading a team of boilermakers / fabricators
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills with a positive attitude
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
Current drivers licence
Boilermakers & Steel Fabricators
What you will be doing,
Fabricate reinforcing steel cages and assemblies.
MIG weld reinforcing steel components.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Assemble products to customer specifications.
Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
To be successful, you will have:
Trade qualifications as a boilermaker / steel fabricator
Strong attention to detail
Experience in fabricating steel reinforcement but not essential
Commitment to workplace health and safety.
Forklift licence preferred, but not essential
Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
Positive attitude
Current drivers licence
