Hanlon is looking for experienced Site Installers to join our team delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across rail, airport, commercial, and industrial sectors.

This role is ideal for qualified Boilermakers, Carpenters, or multi-skilled tradespeople who enjoy hands-on work, site variety, and being part of high-performing project teams.

The Opportunity

This is a site-based role with a strong focus on installation, asset management and general workshop support, working alongside experienced project teams across a range of live environments.

A large portion of our work is completed on night shift — ideal for those who enjoy shift work and want to maximise their earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and transporting materials and equipment to site

• Installing structural steel and construction systems

• Reading drawings and completing accurate measurements

• Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintaining safe, clean, and organised work areas

• Working collaboratively with site teams to deliver quality outcomes

• Troubleshooting and resolving installation issues on site

What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Boilermaker, Carpenter, Rigger or similar

• Strong hands-on construction or installation experience

• Rail and/or airport project experience (highly desirable)

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Strong work ethic and safety focus

• Comfortable working night shift and flexible project hours

• Reliable, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude
