Monadelphous is looking for boilermaker/welder apprentices to join our Kalgoorlie branch. Successful candidates will commence in January 2026.

During your 4-year apprenticeship, you will work from the Kalgoorlie workshop, combining paid work with practical hands-on training alongside experienced tradespeople. You will receive strong support throughout your apprenticeship, working towards achieving your trade certificate and potential long-term career development.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Comply with responsibilities in relation to the terms of the training contract as an apprentice  
• Complete a qualification in Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication trade while working a full time capacity  
• Develop skills under the supervision of different experienced supervisors  
• Assist in fabrication and interpret drawing  
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
• Learn to perform various techniques and meet quality standards  
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards 

What you will bring 

• Strong interest and commitment to an apprenticeship in your chosen field 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Valid driver's licence and/or reliable transportation to and from work 
• Proof of right to work in Australia  
• Reside locally in the Kalgoorlie area 
• Pre-Apprenticeship (Certificate II in Engineering) beneficial but not essential
