Position Title: Windscreen Fitter
Location: Slacks Creek + other locations across Southeast Queensland
Employment Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday
Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum + superannuation, negotiable based on experience

About the role
As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum, negotiable based on experience + superannuation.

About you

• Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade
• Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship
• A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Hold current C Class Drivers Licence
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
