Boilermaker – Metal Fabrication

Calibre Spraying is a leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art spraying equipment for the Australian farming industry. Our fabrication workshop is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricating and welding components to high standards using MIG welding techniques

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Operating workshop equipment such as band saws, press brakes, and guillotines

• Measuring, marking out, and cutting materials accurately

• Conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications

• Assisting with assembly and fit-up of fabricated components

• Maintaining a high standard of workshop cleanliness and safety

• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Boilermaker with relevant trade certification

• Strong experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication

• Ability to interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)

• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude
