Boilermaker Welders (Full Time & Casual Positions) The Engineering Company Pty Ltd   What We offer: Full-time hourly rates from $40.37 to $43.90 (dependant on skill level) Casual hourly rates from $50.47 to $54.88 (dependant on skill level)   Extremely competitive EBA employment conditions Double time pay for all overtime (excluding 2hrs x 1 ½T on Fridays) Option to cash out accrued sick leave Training and development opportunities Diverse work including both workshop and site assignments Site work allowances + LAHA We are looking for people with the following certifications and attributes: ·          Certificate 3 in Fabrication/Welding. (with a willingness to up skill, with guidance, to be adaptable in all aspects of our welding process requirements. ·          Experienced welders/fabricators working with ferrous & non-ferrous materials. ·          Maintain high work standards with minimal supervision. ·          Possess a strong focus towards Safety. ·          Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test). ·          Must reside in and have the right to work in Australia.
