Boilermaker / Welder – Workshop & Onsite Work

We’re a small family-owned steel fabrication business based in Eagle Farm, and we’re looking for a qualified Boilermaker/Welder to join our team.

About the Role:

You’ll be working closely with a tight-knit crew in both the workshop and onsite around Brisbane, fabricating structural steel for residential builders. We take pride in producing high-quality work and building great relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld structural steel for residential construction projects

• Read and interpret fabrication and builder drawings

• Perform onsite welding and installations as needed

• Maintain safe work practices and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade qualified Boilermaker or experienced welder

• Strong fabrication and welding skills (MIG & STICK essential)

• Ability to read and interpret detailed fabrication and construction drawings

• Comfortable working both in the workshop and on residential job sites

• Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player

• White Card and driver’s licence REQUIRED
