• $49.09 per hour plus penalties

• Additional $2.00 per hour site allowance

• Hunter Valley sites

• Permanent full-time with job security

• 5-2 or 10-4 rosters available

• 10- or 12-hours shifts depending on site (8 hrs ORD, 2 hrs T.5, remainder at DT)

• Living Away from Home Allowance (LAHA) (if eligible)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Boilermakers to kick start a new work chapter with FCS on our Hunter Valley based projects on a permanent basis.

 

We need you to have:

• Demonstrated working experience as a boilermaker with high welding skills

• Have a certificate of proficiency in your trade

• White Card

• MDG25

• Glencore Welding Certificate

• Ability to efficiently perform fabrication duties, including grinding and cutting (friction and gas)

• Ability to understand and interpret drawings and construction specifications

• Ability to evaluate and implement appropriate work methods

• High level of safety

• Great communication skills with high time management skills

• High level of self-motivation

• Drivers licence

Successful applicants will need to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) and a Coal Board Order 43 Medical — if you already have an order 43 in the last 12 months, even better!
