About the role   Altrad is seeking experienced Boilermakers to support the Rio Tinto Tom Price Phase III Structural Remediation Project.  Trade certified with Iron Ore experience across fixed and mobile equipment, skilled in heavy mobile repairs (buckets, trays, boom/stick cracks) and familiar with coded welding to x-ray standard, you will also have the ability to assist with planning when required.  Leveraging your expertise in fabrication, welding, and structural repairs, you will ensure all Boilermaking work complies with Australian Standards, project specifications, and site safety requirements.  Working closely with subject matter experts, Altrad is committed to your future.  Commencement: Throughout January  Roster: 2:2 Client: World-leading Metals & Mining company with sites throughout the Pilbara region  Employment Type: Casual, with rates ranging between $74 – $76 per hour  Point of Hire: Perth (FIFO)  Hours: 12-hour shifts  Who do we want to hear from?   Hold Nationally Accredited qualifications including:  Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade  Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, Gas Test Atmospheres and Demonstrate Fire Attack (2-year expiry)   Work safely in the construction industry (white/blue card)  Rio Tinto Inducted (desirable)  Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen  About us   Altrad is a trusted provider of expert construction and integrated maintenance solutions across Australia, with a strong track record across key sectors such as energy, mining, utilities, and defence.
