We are seeking Beauty Therapists who are grounded, technically capable, and aligned with our philosophy of care. This role suits someone who takes pride in their craft, values structure, and understands that exceptional service is felt.

The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing position where presence, consistency, and care matter.

You will deliver services across lash, brow, skin and body to a high standard, while embodying the IVY REIGN philosophy in every client interaction. You are responsible for ensuring each client feels deeply looked after, and that studio standards are upheld at all times.

You work collaboratively within the team, contribute to a calm and considered studio environment, and take ownership of the quality of your service delivery.

Practice

You are confident and experienced in delivering:

• Lash and brow services (including lifts, tints and shaping)

• Well-considered facials and skin treatments

• Facial massage

• Body massage

• General beauty therapy services

Technical confidence, attention to detail, and consistency are essential.

Stewardship

As a Beauty Therapist at IVY REIGN, you are entrusted with upholding:

• Studio presentation and readiness

• Deliver all services to IVY REIGN standards with precision and care

• Create a calm, welcoming and nurturing experience for every client

• Embody the IVY REIGN philosophy in all interactions

• Maintain consistency across treatments and client experience

• Follow established systems, protocols and service flows

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a high standard

• Communicate clearly, calmly and professionally with clients and team members

• Address client feedback with composure and care

• Contribute positively to team culture and studio flow

• Experienced in boutique beauty, premium service or wellness environments

Role Requirements

• Relevant qualification (e.g. Diploma of Beauty Therapy)

• Proven experience delivering beauty, skin and body services

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Alignment with IVY REIGN values and philosophy

• Ability to work Saturdays (closed Sunday and Monday)

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
