A1 Beauty Hub (BS GILL PTY LTD, ABN 95 639 690 430) is hiring a full-time Qualified Beauty Therapist for its busy Beauty Salon in Nambour, Sunshine Coast (4560).

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team full-time.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Full-time Beauty Therapist who can confidently perform a range of beauty treatments while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work in a supportive salon environment with opportunities to grow your skills and career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform beauty treatments including eyebrow threading, eyebrow shaping, waxing, facials, tinting, lash lift, brow lamination, lash extensions and skincare services

• MUST confidently perform professional eyebrow threading and shaping services

• Providing professional beauty makeup services

• Providing facial and relaxation massage treatments

• Conduct skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products

• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards within the salon

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

• Manage appointments, client records, and payment processing

• Promote salon services and cosmetic retail products where appropriate

• Work collaboratively with the salon team to maintain a positive workplace culture

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Relevant Beauty Therapy qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or equivalent)

• At least 1 year of relevant salon experience as a Beauty Therapist

• Strong eyebrow threading and eyebrow shaping skills are essential

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Professional presentation and positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment

• Flexibility to work rostered hours including weekends

• Valid work visa or Australian work authorisation required

• $77,000 – $80,000 + superannuation + incentives
