About the role

Ellysian Beauty, a premier beauty salon in Erina Heights, NSW, is seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. The role is currently for 3-4 days a week with some Saturday work. As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing skin knowledge and treatments to our valued clients, contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a range of beauty treatments, Skin Needling, Peels, LED, lashes and brows, spray tans, waxing and body treatments.

• Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable treatments

• Maintaining a high standard of personal grooming and hygiene practices

• Ensuring the salon's equipment and workspace are clean, well-organised, and ready for use

• Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, welcoming environment for all clients

What we're looking for

• A valid Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification

• At least 2 years of practical experience in a professional beauty salon or spa setting

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beauty treatments

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
