About the role

Violetta Beauty is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team in our Cottesloe salon. This is a casual role, offering a flexible work schedule. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality skin treatments and beauty services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, tinting, and manicures/pedicures
Consult with clients to understand their unique skin care needs and recommend tailored treatment solutions
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sterilised
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout their experience
Assist with stock management and inventory control for the salon
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Provide correct recommendations of product based on client needs and confident with KPI's involved in the role

What we're looking for

Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a spa/beauty salon environment
Proven track record of providing high-quality, personalized beauty treatments
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
