THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team on a part-time or casual basis. You will support the delivery of our full suite of beauty and skin services across the following areas:
Beauty Therapy: Waxing (facial, body, and Brazilian), spray tanning, brow and lash treatments (lash lifts, tints, lamination, hybrid brow dye), eyelash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume), and relaxation and therapeutic massage.
Advanced Skin Treatments: Facials, corrective skin peels, skin needling, resurfacing treatments, and LED light therapy.
Client Consultations and Treatment Planning: Conducting thorough consultations, assessing client needs, and developing personalised treatment plans tailored to individual skin and beauty goals.
Retail Recommendations: Recommending professional skincare that supports long-term client outcomes.
Exceptional Client Care: Building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring every visit is a positive, professional, and memorable experience.
Social Media (Optional): Assist with creating engaging social media content showcasing treatments, client results, and the clinic — if this is something you enjoy and feel comfortable with.
PREFERRED AVAILABILITY
Preferred availability includes some evenings, Mondays, and peak trading periods. Flexible arrangements can be discussed with the right candidate.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent qualification) and bring a minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a professional salon or clinic environment. Confidence and proficiency across a broad range of beauty services — particularly waxing, tanning, lash and brow treatments, and massage — is essential.
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for helping clients achieve confidence through professional skin and beauty treatments.
Brings a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for their work.
Takes initiative and is proactive in contributing to the team and the clinic.
Communicates with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Builds long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and exceptional care.
Holds full working rights within Australia.
Experience in advanced skin treatments (peels, needling, LED) and eyelash extensions is highly regarded, as is familiarity with professional skincare brands such as Dr. Spiller. Experience using Timely practice management software is also highly regarded.
Please note: This role involves standing for extended periods and performing manual treatments as part of regular duties.

Remuneration: Competitive above-award hourly rates of $40–$48 per hour (depending on experience), plus performance incentives and staff discounts on treatments and skincare.
