About the role

As a baker, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, including:​

• Mixing sweet dough, puff pastry, croissants dough

• Baking and preparing a mix of savoury and sweet items from pizzas, scrolls, quiches, sandwiches to muffins, tarts, and slices 

• Helping with croissants and danishes

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

• Washing up and maintaining equipment

• Packing and organising products for the shop

• Pitching in where needed – it’s a team effort

Working hours

• Working days: Monday to Friday 5:00am-1:00pm

• We observe most public holidays, allowing you to enjoy time with family and friends

What we’re looking for

• 2 years experience

• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with early starts

• Ability to follow written instructions

• A team player with a positive attitude
