Qualified Baker – Full Time (4:00 AM Start)

Bondi Boulangerie is looking for a skilled Qualified Baker to join our team at our flagship bakery in Bondi Beach.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced baker who takes pride in producing exceptional artisan bread and baked goods every day. You’ll work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified baker with commercial bakery experience

• Strong knowledge of artisan bread production, mixing, shaping and baking

• Experience working with sourdough and long-fermentation doughs is highly regarded

• Reliable, organised and able to work independently

• A genuine passion for quality, consistency and craftsmanship

• Comfortable with an early 4:00 AM start

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, mix, shape and bake artisan breads and bakery products to Bondi Boulangerie standards

• Ensure products are baked fresh and ready for daily service

• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation

• Work efficiently with the production team to meet daily production targets

• Help maintain consistency and quality across all products

The role:

• Full-time position

• 4:00 AM start, based in Bondi Beach
