Roster

Our bakery shifts usually start from 5am and run for a full day. We really appreciate availability across the whole week, and we're committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance!

What do we need from you?:

• 2-3 year’s experience as a Baker, in particular viennoiserie & dough lamination
• Ideally experience working in a Production Kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about customer experience and product quality.
• Commitment to food safety.
• Ability to deal with the repetitive nature of a high-volume, fast-paced production kitchen and maintain the highest quality and service standards.

Black Star Pastry started as a boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and has since grown into an established and loved brand. Our claim to fame is the Strawberry Watermelon Cake, a dessert that has taken social media by storm and earned recognition from the New York Times as "the world's most Instagrammed cake".
