As a Motor Mechanic at Ozzy Tyres Albury in Lavington, we are looking for two motor mechanic's in our workshop. They’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality mechanical services alongside our tyre, wheel, suspension, and vehicle upgrade offerings. You’ll help keep our customers’ vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best in Lavington near Albury region.

Task & responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical repairs, servicing, and maintenance on passenger vehicles, 4WDs, and light commercials
• Conduct logbook servicing, diagnostics, and fault finding
• Assist with car services, wheel alignments, tyre fitting, suspension work, and vehicle upgrades
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and complies with Australian regulations
• Provide friendly, professional advice to customers on vehicle care and repairs
• Work collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent customer outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Qualification & experience

• Cert III or higher in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Motor Mechanic
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Experience with servicing, tyre, wheel, and suspension work is highly regarded
