About Our Client
Our client is Australia's leading rental provider of refrigerated trucks, with a national fleet of over 700 vehicles and growing. Seamlessly integrating the world's best truck chassis, insulated bodies, and refrigeration systems, they are powering the evolution of cold transport nationwide. Backed by French global giant Petit Forestier — operating across 28 countries with a fleet of 80,000 vehicles — they are on an ambitious national growth trajectory with depots spanning Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia.
Their Melbourne depot at Laverton North is central to that growth. They offer a complete one-stop-shop for refrigerated transport: long-term and short-term rentals, body repairs and fitouts, and full mechanical servicing — all under one roof. Their values are simple: People are Everything, In It Together, and Enjoy the Ride.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a high-performing, multi-functional depot at a pivotal moment in the companies’ national expansion. As Branch Manager, you will own the complete P&L for the Melbourne operation and lead three distinct business units — Rentals, Repairs, and Mechanical — driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and a culture of accountability and customer focus.
You will be a visible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires cross-functional teams, and brings strategic thinking alongside a willingness to roll up their sleeves. This is a genuine leadership position with direct influence on the trajectory of their Victorian operations.
