We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Nundah Branch. This is a fantastic career opportunity for an individual with proven experience in managing, leading and coaching staff.


The Position:
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and coaching the Retail Sales team, Accessory Fitting Team and Warehouse Staff. Consisting of a showroom, warehouse, and automotive workshop, you will be responsible for servicing ARB's retail, fleet and dealership customers throughout the local area. The Branch Manager is required to achieve, and preferably exceed all safety, customer, team, and commercial targets and is ultimately accountable for the efficient, effective, and profitable operation of the store. A successful Branch Manager exhibits behaviours and demonstrates performance in line with the ARB values of Drive, Excellence and Passion.


Key Responsibilities:

• Leading a Branch of sales, fitting, and warehouse staff to achieve personal growth and career development.
• Shape commercial decisions and process improvements to achieve and surpass productivity and profitability goals.
• Champion the customer experience within the Branch, deliver the highest quality of installations and professional sales support.
• Follow established processes to ensure accurate inventory management. This includes fulfilling customer orders completely and on time. Inventory will be managed using a 'Just in Time' approach, aligned with distribution schedules to minimise excess stock and meet demand efficiently.
• Providing support and market feedback to the Retail Operations Manager regarding competitor activity, new business opportunities, product trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate with local fleet and dealer partners to create value adding relationships.

About you:

• Proven experience leading and developing teams of ten or more professionals.
• Ability to work with a variety of individuals to develop and drive customer centric strategies throughout the organisation.
• Passion and commitment for achieving extraordinarily high standards in customer service.
• Drive, enthusiasm and the pursuit of outstanding results.
• Knowledge of key financial principles, such as asset management and maintenance, pricing structures and P&L statements.
