As a Carpenter at Endeavour Build, you’ll bring designs to life through skilled workmanship and a commitment to doing things right the first time. Working closely with our Site Foreman and construction team, you’ll deliver projects that not only meet but exceed our exacting standards for quality, safety, and finish.

This is a hands-on role for a craftsperson who takes pride in their tools, their work, and their contribution to a team that values systemised, high-quality delivery.

The Role: What You’ll Deliver

• Carry out carpentry tasks as directed by the Site Foreman or Site Manager — efficiently, accurately, and to Endeavour Build’s quality standards.

• Maintain your tools in top working condition, ensuring they’re fit for producing high-quality workmanship.

• Contribute to site safety by following WHS best practices and keeping work areas clean and secure.

• Complete daily timesheets and provide them to the Site Foreman at the end of each week.

• Take ownership of your work — delivering craftsmanship you’re proud of within the agreed timeframes.

About You

• Qualified Carpenter or highly experienced in residential carpentry.

• Hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented, with a high standard of finish.

• Equipped with a solid basic tool kit and committed to investing in the right tools for the job.

• Safety-conscious and committed to keeping a safe, compliant worksite.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude with pride in what you create.
