As industry leader for over 60 years, Peter Warren Automotive is one of Sydney's most established and renowned multi-brand vehicle servicing centre’s in Sydney. With multiple state-of-the-art facilities utilising specialised manufacturer-certified equipment and software, specifically designed to ensure customer vehicles are maintained and serviced to the premium standard. They have a team of highly skilled and brand-trained Technicians and now wish to expand this team by recruiting the best and the brightest into our apprenticeship program.

The Women in Auto program gives you the opportunity to secure an apprenticeship or traineeship. From the minute you join the program you will be fully supported in the workplace by Apprenticeship Careers Australia, with access to industry-leading mentors and supervisors and you will be able to join a community of fellow female automotive technicians with ongoing networking, mentoring, training, and social events.

We have identified apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities including:

• Light Vehicle Mechanical Technician (Motor Mechanic) 

To be a successful applicant we are looking for the following:

• A passion for Automotive and the desire to become a highly skilled and professional Technician 
• A passion for problem-solving and contributing to a diverse team environment
• Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Physically fit to meet the demand of the role
• Honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality
• Current Driver’s Licence or Provisional Drivers Licence is desirable
• Have successfully completed year 10 as a minimum.
• Be able to work in a high-paced team environment
• Enjoy practical and manual work
